Our graphics are either transfers or dye sublimation! Transfers are much like what you see on shirts in department stores. Dye sublimation uses a special printer, paper & ink. The ink is set into the fabric using high heat. WE DO NOT USE VINYL!!!

All of our items are created JUST FOR YOU, which means your item is custom made once your order is placed. Orders are processed on a first in, first out basis. While we strive to get orders out ASAP, our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days with some orders taking up to 10 business days for shipping.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to orders placed for incorrect sizes, however if there are issues with the delivery of the product, please message us within 7 days of anticipated delivery date.
